Mondays to Fridays including at least FOUR (4) One on One CBT/REBT Counselling sessions, and at least SIX (6) weekly Adaptive Life Stressors coping skills coaching, Addictive behaviours and mindsets interventions to enable measurable behavioural change and mindsets shifts to maintain Longer non-addictive behavioural change. Moving between PRE-contemplation to Maintenance of new Lifestyle behaviours.

Including 2 Years After-Treatment Care

** You have done treatment for Substance Use Disorder at least TWICE before and every time after treatment you have been able to maintain Sobriety and Abstinence for at least ONE (1) year. However, once Lapse quickly escalates to a FULL-Blown RELapse.
